1. How do I withdraw funds from my 7live.asia account?

You can withdraw funds from your 7live.asia account through a few methods:

  • International Bank Transfer
  • Local Bank Transfer Credit / Debit Cards
  • NETELLER
  • Moneybookers

Documentary Requirements

When processing your withdrawal request, we may, at our discretion, request a front and back a copy of your credit/debit card, Personal Identification (ID), Passport, Driving License or a copy of your bank account statement. Please refer to the terms and conditions.

2. How do I withdraw funds using International Bank Transfer (Bank Wire)?

Please login into your 7live.asia account, select International Bank Transfer under the Withdrawal menu. Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw and provide us with the following information:

  • Account Name
  • Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Address
  • Banks Swift Code

Once you withdrawal has been verified, your funds will be sent directly to your bank account in your local currency. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your money to be reflected in your account depending on your bank processing time.

Please note:
You may incur exchange gains or losses for any bank transfer withdrawal request.
You will bear the bank fee charged by your bank

3. How do I withdraw funds using Local Bank Transfer?

Local Bank Transfer is available to 7live.asia members registered from the following countries:

  • MYR (Malaysia Ringgit)
  • VND (Vietnamese Dong) - with USD-denomated 7live.asia account
  • THB (Thai Baht)
  • IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)

To request for a withdrawal to be paid into your bank account, select Local Bank Transfer under the Withdrawal menu. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and provide your bank account information:

  • Bank Account Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Branch
  • Bank Address

Once your withdrawal has been verified, your funds will be sent directly to your bank account in your local currency. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for your money to be reflected in your account depending on your bank processing time. Our company only allowed one (1) withdrawal per day for each member.

4. How do I withdraw funds using Moneybookers?

If you have deposited funds via Moneybookers, all withdrawals will be processed back to your Moneybookers e-wallet account. There is no charge when your withdrawal funds made by Moneybookers.

Moneybookers is only available to members with 7live.asia accounts in the following currency

  • USD
  • EUR
  • GBP
  • THB

To request for a withdrawal to your Moneybookers account;

  • Select Moneybookers under the withdrawal menu.
  • Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw and
  • Enter your Moneybookers User ID.
  • Hit on Submit button

Once you withdrawal has been verified, your requested funds will be reflected in your NETELLER Account.

Moneybookers withdrawal is restricted ONLY to Moneybookers depositors and the fund will be transferred back to the same Moneybookers account used for deposit

5. Are there any rollover requirements for Withdrawals?

To ensure the security of identity and account information, 7live.asia reserves the rights to review members' account. All withdrawals made must meet 1 time roll over requirement. Basis will be taken from the current balance, plus all subsequent deposits between the last successful withdrawal and the current withdrawal request. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in administration fees, amounted to 50% of member's current balance. All withdrawal requests must conform to the withdrawal policy as stated in 7live.asia website.

  • Example 1: On 1st January 12:00, Member total balance of RMB 1,000 and deposit of RMB 2,000 was made after that. If member requested for withdrawal meeting the rollover requirement of RMB 3,000 (1,000+2,000), no administrative fees will be charged to member.
  • Example 2: On 1st January 12:00, Member total balance of RMB 1,000 and deposit of RMB 2,000 was made after that. If member requested for withdrawal NOT meeting the rollover requirement of RMB 3,000 (1,000+2,000), 50% of the total balance RMB 1,500 will be charged as administrative fees.
